Mr. Duong Tran Cat Vu is currently working as Legal Consultant at Legal Affairs in Phan Law Vietnam Law Firm. His practice areas are Contract and Commercial, Mr. Vu regularly performs his tasks as follow:

– Drafting, revising, giving legal opinion in contracts. Specially, the gym franchise contract, the housing rental contract, the gift housing/ land use rights, the domestic transportation contract, the exclusive distribution contract with foreign elements, purchase and sale agreement with foreign elements.

– Advising in enterprise formation, legal representative changes.

– Researching procedures as: Registration of energy labeling, advertising notice on billboard.

In addition, with the ability to use foreign languages proficiently, Mr. Vu also performs to translate contract from English into Vietnamese and ensure clients’ interests when contract is translated into another language, which is the matter requires translator have foreign languages skills as well as high legal qualifications.
