Mr. Hoang Tung is currently working as a legal consultant at Legal Affairs Department in Phan Law Vietnam Law Firm. He focuses his practice areas on enterprise, investment and contract. He regularly advises and performs his duties to assist clients in obtaining for Enterprise registration certificate or Investment registration certificate granting. In the processing of implementing procedures above, when facing with any difficulties, especially those comes from authorized government agency, he consistently tries to look for the best solution to resolve issues, gets the work done as scheduled and avoids unnecessary damage to clients.

For contract area, Mr. Tung is also in charge of reviewing civil contract, commercial contract from clients. Mr. Tung always review terms of contract carefully as well as provisions of law. Therefore, he can give his consistent advice, matched to clients’ conditions and needs but still ensure legitimate interests and rights for valued Clients.

After graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, he has chosen Phan Law Vietnam as a destination to develop his career. Although not having been at Law Firm for a long time, he has made contributions to help Phan Law Vietnam gain more trust and reputation from clients through its services.
