More than 5 years of experience Working with respected clients:
– Vietnam Satellite Digital Television Company Limited VSTV (K+): Handling copyright infringements of EPL, LaLiga, Champions League and Europa League football leagues and Vietnamese movies broadcast exclusively by K +
– International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI): Being the only representative in Vietnam to consult and handle infringements of music copyright for IFPI members such as Sony Music, Universal, EMI, Warner Bros.
– Viet Recording Company Limited: Being the only representative of RMV to license music copyright – Representative Office of Korean Copyright Commission in Vietnam – KCC: Handling copyright infringements of cinematic works for KCC’s members such as CJ E&M, SBS, KBS, JTBC, ShowBox, Channel A; music works by Kakao M, FKMP, Sidus, etc.; and Korean comics Leezhin
– Representing singers Thuy Tien and Noo Phuoc Thinh to take part in proceedings in the court
– Representing authors of the book “Chim Vietnam” (Birds in Vietnam) to file lawsuits against copyright infringement of photography
